Account hacked

Hello my account was hacked on the 14 of March and ended not getting my salary I though this banks security is high quality and I was wrong I ended not supporting my family cause of this banks lack of security including thier technology

From 14 this month my account was hacked whole salary ,matter reported to ***** officials but till today not solved Absa bank is not responsible caring, I was given time frame but no result no solution,I don't think to advise my family about such a ********s Absa bank, sad client Mr Bheki Shezi your sad client

I can't receive my money till now, they tell me about waiting period while my kids are hungry I ran out of excuses telling them that I can't provide for them this month can I get assistance please

I have never ever been this disappointed at a service provider with my hard earned salary they telling me stories with no solution or a way forward is there a chance where the superiors can contact me with a solution
