Account frozen without assistance from foreign exchange

I have share off s****, I transgrassed by investing more than the allowed limit unknowingly. The bank asked me to explain the reasons for buying over the limit. I did and sent them the necessary documentation over a month ago, yet my account is still closed. I sent the foreign exchange department (*****ba Nikani) emails on the status over and over with no response. To date, there is still no response.
