Account Frozen due to FICA

AFM of SA Congregation Benoni (Charisma), We've had Bank accounts with ABSA for many years - 2-2*** (and others). On 02/05/2022 I received an e-mail from Nyiko Maswanganyi *** with regards to the FICA of the Church Account. I responded with documents and some questions, as a Church is not a formal Company and FICA to be dealt with in a different way. Less than a week later the account was frozen and we are unable to process any payments. This is totally unacceptable. Surely the Bank cannot allow only a few days of the FICA to be verified and expect all to be in place. Have they not know at lease reasonable number of days before the time to inform us accordingly? We need this rectified, as a matter of URGENCY. In the mean time we will investigate our options to seek other Bank services to prevent this to happen in future.
