Account frozen

I am very disappointed with Absa I have been calling and sending emails no response to my case. They closed my account and told me I should send proof I did send proof but till today my account is still frozen with no communication from them. Everytime I call they say an investigator will call but nothing I don't know what to do anymore I have bills to pay. I should have never have chosen this bank.
