Account **********ly opened in my name

A credit card account was **********ly opened in my name. A debt collection agency is phoning me at all hours and sending threatening emails to me for debt that I did not incur.<br> <br> I have spoken to your ***** department, credit card department as well as legal department. No one seems to know what the process is to dispute this and get it off my name.<br> <br> April Ndala sent me a copy of the application, the only information on there that is true is my name and ID number. The rest is FALSE!! Please contact me to resolve this, I have already addressed and resolved this with the credit bureau. Absa is the only party still in the dark...
