Account FICA problem

I opened account at Absa branch in Industria.On the 09.01.2016 i got my card and went to atm and could not get my money.Slip said go the branch to account fica problem.On the 11.01.2016 went to branch and was informed they need another copy of my I.D.The copy was made at the branch and emailded to there fica department.The consultant said i must go home and after 3 hours will get my money,3 hours later still no money and i went back to the branch.I left the branch at 16:30 and still my problem was not solved.I even tould the branch manager to close the account and just give my money and ill go to a other bank and he said he cant.<br> <br> I cant go to work cos i do not have money.My children cant get new school shoes because i do not have money but what is so funny about this is,my cell phone banking is working fine but i cant get airtime only...so must now go around and sell airtime to get my money that i worked so ****ING hard for.<br> <br> I need my money and DO WANT want see ABSA again.
