Account FICA-blocked without warning
Business accounts blocked WITHOUT warning due to FICA requirements - struggling now more than 4 weeks to get it sorted out. Constantly changing requirements, and account manager simply ignores any requests to book appointments, without which we are told they can't do anything. HORRIBLE service!!!
