Account closure

It's been more than 72hours I've asked them to close my account and I'm sending to pillar to post with no answer yet they told me that my acc must not have minus and I must deposit money which I did but still now no one called me or closed my acc it only emails that say they promise they will call I don't know if they waiting for the bank charges again so I can pay the money that I don't have as I told them I can't afford to pay their bank charges are insane this month I already paid 3.300k just for charges which now I don't care about that money I just want this account close how difficult it is ,when I open this account it only took me 10min but now to close it's more than 72hrs why
