account closed

my account was handed over to Norton attorney, they gave me a discount offer which i accepted and made my first payment last month all of the sudden this month they have not taken the 2nd installment and when i call them they say absa instructed them to close the account.. why?? they don't know why and they can't help me cause the client ordered them so.. i then receive a massage again my account now is handed over to Mcbride attorney?? when i call absa to find out what exactly is happening no one is able to assist me i have been on the phone for almost an hour being sent from pillar to post i spend money making those calls!! but still i have not gotten any assistance!!
