Account Blocked Due to FICA

Good Day, For months I have not been able access my account at ABSA, and the not so helpful staff at the enquiries desk can only shrug their shoulders when I go to them to enquire about this. I was told that I needed to FICA my account, I uploaded all the require documents, and even handed these in at the branch but the block remains on my account since December 2015. I have been able to support myself, my family, pay for rent (have now been evicted from my rented accommodation) and will most probably lose my job as result of this. I will be posting this on Hellopeter as I have exhausted all avenues to resolving this matter. I will also take it upon myself to contact the FICA offices in government to see if I can resolve this matter. On resolution of this matter I will be considering moving my accounts to a bank that can make me PROSPER, as ABSA has made destitute when I have money sitting in an account I can't access. Ps.
