Account Blocked

I had a bad experience with Absa Branch in the Grove Mall, I feel that the staff in that branch lack product knowledge, do not have a sense of urgency and do not respect the customer's time. Opened a bank account online, ordered the card and went to collect it. On the day of collection, the lady asked me if I have my ID and proof of res with me. I said yes, but not a proof of resident. Though I asked her if it was okay to email the proof of res to her, she said No you can come again at any time to update it. Then three days later my account was blocked without being notified, went to a store, card declined. Then went to a different store next day, still declined. Then on Saturday the 11th of November 2023, went to an ATM device then it sent me an sms saying insufficient funds. I was shocked cause I have more than enough of what I wanted to withdraw. Then I asked the lady staff who was standing outside waiting for the branch to open, she then said I needed to come back so that they could check on the system for me. I came back, couldn't wait too long as the branch was extremely busy, and I was still on duty. Absa team it is not my fault that the first staff member was lazy to just give me her email and sent the proof of res to avoid inconveniencing the customer, I just want my account to be unlocked and I will transfer it into a different bank and close the account as nobody could help me in that branch. And what is upsetting is that the first lady who helped me including her colleague next to her was asking me about things that were related to the X bank I work in, of which it is just a complimentary service that X bank is offering to their clients, but her colleague just went on and on forgetting to focus on the reason why I am even visiting their bank. I wasn't going to complain if they did the right thing at first, but now I feel like they did injustice to me. Please unblock my account I would like to move funds elsewhere, so that it can close be closed.
