Account blocked because of Fica after submission of requirements

<p>I submitted my FICA information on the 16th of September and my bank account was blocked on the 18th of September. I've tried to send emails to your social media address to follow up with no success. this is the second time this is happening this year and the bank's response time is long.</p>
