Account Blocked

Good day <br> <br> I open a cheque account at ABSA, North gate on the 15 May 2015 and I have had endless problems with the account. Everytime I try use the account its blocked. The 1st time the account got blocked was a week after I opened the account and I made phone calls to ABSA for two days and was sent back and fourth between the person that opened the account at the bank and their fica dept
