Account Billing

<p>Absa is trying to de***** me of my hard earned money. I have been trying to get my refund from Absa for the past 6 months. when i call them they tell me go to another department and that deprtment would tell me to go to another department. I am now being threatned with legal actionwhen Absa owes me money and i dont owe them a single cent. Can i get assistance on this matte, i need the money to pay my DSTV premiums. Thank you</p>
