Account be placed on for over 5 weeks

Good day,

I am writing regarding my personal account, which has been on hold for the past five weeks. I have submitted all the required documents to verify the transaction that was flagged as *****ulent and have escalated the matter multiple times. However, there has been no resolution, nor has any investigator contacted me.

I am continually told that an investigator will reach out, but to date I have received no feedback.
