ACCEPT OFFER AND THEN HAND YOU OVER

We made arrangement with the bank at Cape Gate for payment and they accept the offer and then 2 weeks later handed us over to attorneys and then the attorneys phone us and is so unprofessional and said they want a installment now or i will get a summons tomorrow i made a payment of R1500-00 yesterday just to get it started but i was only suppose to make that payment end of November 2015. Today together forever is what they say yeah right maybe a few years back but not now the one doesn't know what the other is doing. And i can even proof reckless lending on the overdraft and credit card but still we wanted to pay them and then they do this and you can phone them no support all i get is eish i am not sure i mean really
