Acc not being credited with my Absa rewards

Absa has been taking R21 off my account for Absa rewards. But my rewards account has not been credited with my rewards that I earn. I have used my credit card for many purchases and only put petrol in at Sasol but my acc stays at a balance of R4. I have reported this and it's been 3 weeks and nobody at the call centre has a clue as to what is going on. I was told the first time that it would take 5 working days for it to be sorted, well it's been 3 weeks and nothing has been done but of course Absa continues to debit my acc with the R21. I have also been given numerous reference numbers which does not help in anyway.
