ABYSMAL ABSA
For some reason ABSA never responds to a complaint, then apologizes for the delay but ultimately never attends to the problem. Correspondence gets ignored and information sought does not get provided. The solution might be to own up to mistakes and rectify same rather than frustrating attempts to secure the facts.
