ABUSIVE & ******* COLLECTION METHODS

I have been wrongfully identified that I owe R2700 behind my VAF instalments for the past 4months, but how can an instalment of 4months ago be outstanding when else the rest of the months are up to date??. ABSA has sent Gerrit Scheepers(titan tracings) at my work place numerous times and this guy is abusive and using ******* collections methods prohibited by the NCA ACT OF 2005 UPDATED NCA AMENDMENT ACT 2015, which means ABSA is breaking the law. This guy Gerrit has embarrassed , humiliated & threatened me at my work place saying he is going to cancel the contract or make me cancel it so he can take my asset back, which is wrongful. <br> <br> I feel that as an ABSA loyal client I must not be threated like that and if he wants to discuss something he cant just storm at my work place in front my boss and colleagues. He must call, make an appointment before harassing me at my work place.<br> <br> Can ABSA stop him or else I am escalating the matter it to the NATIONAL CONSUMER TRIBUNAL!
