Abused by ABSA
I am sick of trying to get answers from Absa, my account from January has been handed to 3 different attorneys I have been paying my Absa credit card but none of the monies get allocated to card. So whee is all my money. I now am being told ur account is handed to MBD and MBD says they don't care about my payments they just care about what Absa handed to them. Consumers are suffering to make ends meet here I am paying this account monies go in vain and I being handed over. Is Absa running a CiIRCUS that every 6 months they change attorneys so they can abuse ppl and their monies made. I have emailed and emailed I get no response. No one cares for weeks and months I am trying to get answers. No one knows what is happening. Seriously I am fed up and I hope Hello Peter can help me

08 Dec 2021, 15:44I am totally upset how can u send me an email to say my issue has been resolved when u didn't even get a call from you. It seems as a customer service person you yourself cannot see the big picture. MBD is taking payments for Aug Sept and Oct what happened to all my payments from January to July I also now paid in November what happened to these monies. Do consumers monies go awol. I'm sure u work I want to know wher is my money. I also called you which u conveniently cut the call and never bothered to call back. Is this ustoner service
