Abuse from Norton Lambrianos Attorneys and Absa just sits there watching

Like most people, I was hit hard by the COVID19 retrenchments. I called in to explain that I may not be able to pay up my credit card and personal loan but I'll try where possible to chip in.

Unfortunately I was only able to start paying in November after I managed to secure a contract.In January 2021, I started getting abused by Norton Lambrianos Attorneys apparently because of my Absa Personal loan.

I was civil with them, but then the calls started getting annoying - 2/3 calls per day or atleast 5 calls a week and threatening emails. I understand I have been in arrears for months, but dealing with these guys is a very painful experience.

This morning things really went south when some guy started exchanging bitter words with me and calling me atleast 5 times after I hung up. I'm not happy at all with the experience --- yes I owe you, but I haven't missed a single payment since tings financially started getting better. I call you every month to get the latest amount and to give you a payment date, why do I have to deal with Norton Lambrianos Attorneys?

You're welcome to take the money yourself via debit order like you use to and remove my contact details from that company. I am at a point where if that guy calls again and talks to me the way he did, I'm going to head over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys and deal with personally.

I'm paying you guys -- I'll pay more as time goes on, it has only been 6 months and I have other things to pay like your credit card and making sure I have enough savings reserves for future rainy days. I'm certain the loan will be settled in 4/5 months.
