Absurd admin charges!

I am beyond frustrated with how Absa has been handling my account and the absurd admin charges that keep appearing out of nowhere. This needs immediate attention!

When I took out loans, I provided the exact date I get paid, yet my debit orders are scheduled for the day before or on that very date. Absa knows my salary only reflects in the afternoon, but despite this, I keep getting hit with R150 unpaid debit charges—even though the debit order still goes off! How does that make any sense? Why am I being charged for something that’s clearly getting paid?

My admin charges have skyrocketed from R500 to over R1000 per month, which is absolutely unacceptable. It feels like Absa is ruthlessly taking advantage of me, squeezing every cent possible. I cannot and will not continue banking with Absa if this is how customers are treated.

If this mess is not resolved immediately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Enough is enough!
