Absolutely zero assistance by Absa Equities
Our firm is attempting to wind up a deceased estate, in which the deceased had an Absa Equity Account. On 3 September 2020, I addressed an email to the Equities Division, with all relevant documentation that they will need, in order to close the account, and have the funds paid over into the Estate Late Bank Account. On 11 September 2020, I received an email from Nazeema Khan, requesting further documentation. I compiled this documentation as requested, and on 23 September 2020, I email the further documentation to Nazeema. On 8 October 2020, I sent a follow-up email to Nazeema, requesting a response to my initial email, now that she has all the documents necessary to attend to my instruction, on behalf of the Late client. On 14 October 2020, I addressed a further follow-up email to Nazeema, demanding a response, and warning her that a formal complaint will be laid. This is incredibly frustrating, as I have pressure my side, to finalise the estate. PLEASE ATTEND TO MY QUERIES.
Best regards,
