absolutely useless service

<p>I have been a customer with absa my whole life.I have app**** for an increase on my credit card.On the phone they tell me I qualify for R45000, my account limit is R15000, I ask for a R5000 increase , after all I have been told I qualify for R45000. It is now 8 days later and still no increase , I have called and been told my status is just pending. I have never dealt with such in *********** idiots. I will be changing my bank asap in the week ,I am now tierd of this pathetic bank ABSA , funny I even sent them a mail to say if it was not processed soon I would write to hello Peter, clearly very evident they do not care.Poor state of affairs.</p>
