Absolutely Useless

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I wanted to take advantage of the legal assistance offered as a benefit on my Gold Cheque Account……</p> <p> </p> <p>No where on the ABSA website are there any contact details or information on how to do that……</p> <p>You offer a service but no way to use it ?</p> <p> </p> <p>I then spend over 25min and over R50 in airtime talking to ABSA consultants in the call center who also had no idea who to contact etc !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So why is ABSA bothering to offer free legal advice ??</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this what ABSA call customer service ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting !!!!!!</p>
