Absolutely terrible

I launched a claim on the 14th of april 2015, its a small vehicle claim for a control arm and a tyre, it is now the 29th april and i keep phoning every day and every day its exactly the same excuse that they are \finalising the claim"its been 2 weeks and my car isnt even at the panelbeaters yet! This is utterly disgusting. Can be assured i will be done with them as soon as this claim is finished! """
