Absolutely shocking service.

So, having paid a fixed amount for my car instalment for more than a year now, I suddenly have an additional R1000 odd on my account being deducted for what is termed "third party incident". I don't have any third party incident cover with ABSA so not sure what this is about. I am not insured with ABSA. All of this is happening without my knowledge or consent. What the actual F?

I've tried to call them, I can't get through. I sent an email, got a reference number, but no response a week later.

I am extremely frustrated and annoyed at the situation. Someone needs to call me URGENTLY to explain and have this rectified. I'm on Maternity Leave at the moment and need ALL the money in my account. There isn't even a spare cent to donate to ABSA for fun.
