Absolutely shocking no service

I have written two complains regarding absa and their dismal customer retention span. I have received two automated responses telling me my matter will be resolved within 3 days. It's 15 days later and absa has still not made contact. What a bunch of losers. No care what so ever. I suppose I'm not one of their millionaire clients so I don't deserve their time or effort. Well I just simply cut the card up and am no longer a client of absa
