Absolutely Professional

ABSA delivered my card yesterday and what a wonderfully professional experience. I was contacted by CCD Couriers to make a delivery appointment, with a 2 hour window, which is refreshing. I was also reminded and kept up-to-date continually until the card was delivered and afterwards. When a bank partners with professionals that take customer care as seriously as they do, you know you are dealing with something unique. You and the providers you use are a family and should do the best at all time. Well done and thanks to all involved!
