Absolutely pathetic - Credit Record mess, worst service imaginable.
Worst bank ever, credit record looks like a warzone despite payment being made on time. Over a month and still struggling to get my credit card account closed as well. If you want a good clean credit record stay far away from ABSA!! Pathetic ABSA!!!
