ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE OR RESPONSE

I have logged an complaint REF *** after Mahlatsi **** to me after which numerous other people including solomon also kept me on line while they **** to me. This query has been costing me n lot of money while they sit there and dont give n ****. Til today not one of them called me back the last time they told me my complained has been resolved really they never even bothered to phone me how has it been resolved. They are utterly useless please never do business with them. I am still awaiting an email as well.
