Absolutely NO Help from absa!!!!!
Absa bank is the worst to deal with queries!!!!!! I made an online purchase on the 01/01/2022. The transaction was not processed on the site but my account was debited for the amount. I forwarded the query to REVERSE the payment on the same day to the debit card division. My query was only dealt with on the 05/01/2022 just with a bleak reply that the merchant has received funds.
Till today 09/01/2022 they are insisting that the merchant received the funds.
This is utter Nonsense from a bank that does not help clients out!!!!!! Now my Money is lost?!!!!!!
