ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS

Personal loan in recovery I have a personal loan account with ABSA that was handed over to RL Daly. I have an payment arrangement on this account with RL Daly. Today i phoned to find out why my balance is not going down as i have been paying every month. RL Daly informed me that ABSA is no longer a client under them. Now i am struggleing to find out who deals with this account. I went to ABSA Century City to get bank statements on this loan account - it shows that the balance has been written off before it was handed over so they cannot give me any more detail on who deals with this account now??? I am trying to rectify my credit score but i cant even find out who deals with this account - ABSA please contact me urgently ********** .

The same happened to me. Loan was also written of apparently and I made an arrangement with Daly to catch up on the arrears to get my credit score up and current. Now according to Absa I have to pay the total amount of the loan before the credit bureaus will be updated. Even after I catched up on the amount that was in arrears!!!
