Absolutely disgusted
Mr Van Zyl from ABSA's debt collections department does not know how to deal with clients. He was extremely rude and sarcastic when he spoke to me over the phone. I would never again and would never recommend any person to do any business with ABSA. I am a Standard bank and Nedbank client as well but have never experienced such treatment before.
