Absolutely Appalling ABSA

<p>With Tax Season upon us, most finance institutions are issuing the required audit certificates.</p> <p>I received two different audit certificates from ABSA Vehicle Finance. A vehicle settled in November 2015, still has an outstanding captial amount at the end of February 2017.</p> <p>I am proud of my credit rating as I work very hard to ensure that it remains in a positive light. Upon calling ABSA VF, I was bounced round from one consultant to the next, eventually ending up with a consultant who was chewing something while "assiting" with my query. The name of the consultant is a Mr. Sibusiso Khumalo (Surname I am sure of, first name not so sure due to the amount of content he had in his mouth). Trying to understand him, firstly was a mission, and when he realised that he is not equipped to answer my question, he simply hung up on me. </p> <p>Actions such as these from various ABSA staff have initiated a process whereby I am closing all my day to day ABSA accounts and moving to greener, more polite institutions.</p> <p>I really wish ABSA would just get it over and done with and close their doors. Their bad service, ill-equipped staff and very high bank costs are appalling.</p>
