ABSOLUTE TERRRIBLE SERVICE

Our Church Bank account was put on hold without any warning. So we went to the branch and handed in all the Fica documents. It was released only after I had to go back to the branch and ask the lady what is happening. Whenever I phoned her, she did not take my calls, or phoned me back. She once sent me a SMS. So the account was active again, and the end of the next month, when I tried to make a payment, it was BACK ON HOLD! Now the lady is purely just not answering my calls. I got hole dof her manager, and he has been promising me for the past 3 days that it will fixed. I phoned the ABSA complaints line, got a reference number, but even they don't come back to me.
