Absolute incompetence from ABSA

I am the executor in a deceased estate. On 13/6 I e-mailed the NDE department requesting the relevant IT3 certificates for the deceased, i.e. reflecting the interest accrued to the deceased prior to his death (1/12/2022), and from his death onward to when the accounts were closed and transferred to the estate account. I received an acknowledgment of receipt but no further action. On 18/6 I requested the same information from rde queries. On 20/7 I received an e-mail confirming receipt and that the matter would be prioritised. On 14/8 I mailed rde queries enquiring about progress and received an e-mail on 17/8 that the matter was receiving attention. On 25/8 I sent a complaint to the action line, but received no response. I again sent an e-mail to the action line on 31/8 but again haven’t received any response. On 31/8 our web administrator forwarded an e-mail originating from complaints resolution at ABSA which had been incorrectly addressed. The e-mail had three attachments, two of which were tax certificates for the 2022 tax year and therefore have no bearing whatsoever on my query. The third document purported to be a tax certificate for the Estate Late and for the period from 1/3/2023 to 1/12/2022. The period from should probably read 1/3/2022, but then the certificate cannot relate to the Estate Late but relates to the deceased prior to his death. The interest amounts reflected in the certificate also do not seem correct if compared to the actual amounts received when the investments matured or were transferred to the estate account. Needless to say there was no certificate for the interest accrued to the estate from the date of death to the closure of the accounts.
