Absent ABSA

I have been trying to get hold of a lady from Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance for almost 9 weeks now . I phoned the number provided in an email received from her *** never answering a call . Send her an email for 14 days continuously with no reply ( Thabitha Motau ***ca ) . traced another number of one of her colleagues *** , asking if she is still working in that department ( CONFIRMED YES ) , asked her ( ***ca ) to ask Thabitha to call me or reply to my email . Also confirmed my request to Ora Monnakgotla by email . To what lenghts must a client go to get service from ABSA if the local branch cannot assist either . There are no words for this terrible state the bank has come too .
