ABSA/Virgin Money Account Enquiries without consent

Good Afternoon

I would like to bring the following to your attention. I was reviewing my Transunion Credit Report and saw that ABSA made four Credit Score enquiries in December 2018 on my ABSA Cards without my knowledge. These enquiries were made by ABSA/Virgin Money and when I tried to phone the number to enquire about this the number did not excist.

It is very frustrating as I have not app**** for any new credit cards or loans, and does effect my credit score with the enquiries that they made without my knowledge.

I have been a longstanding ABSA Client and have been very satisfied with their services until now, doing something without my consent is not right and makes a person feel very unsafe with their bank.

I would really appreciate some feedback regarding this.
