Absa's website no longer allows future dated payments

Absa has an express website. When I tried to pay my credit card so that it goes off on a future date, it does not have this option. When I try using the full service to set this date up, it no longer works. Thus I am unable to setup future dated payments and thus I forget to make the payments. This then results in interest charged and when I send ABSA emails, they do not respond, which does not get matters resolved. Absa has no service, If it was not such a mission to change banks I would have changed long ago.
