Absas uselessness

I've been a client with absa for the past 10 odd years now, but this has gone way to far, I have paid over R70 000 into my credit card (which maxed out at R12000 BTW) and they have moved my account to this attorney group , they phoned me and we made an agreement , after this agreement I continued to pay loyally , 3 months in they debit R3000 out of my account, and sold my account to a new attorney group, how long do I have to keep on paying this ****ing card, how long do they want to keep taking money from me, I've been paying this card over 5 years now, done the cancel process and everything, yet they still continue to "hand me over" and take my money, what am I to do???? I've done everything I can possibly think of , yet there is just no ****ing end to this. I've emailed and phoned every available party, and I'm being ignored
