Absa's unprofessional financial advisor

I have had the worst experience with Absa and a specific financial advisor they employed. John Grootboom from the Port Elizabeth main Absa branch is the most unprofessional, *********** and unqualified person I have ever met. It is impossible to get into contact with him, I've left dozens of emails, messages and phone calls. He is very unreliable and I am supposed to trust him with my policies and investments? People should feel financially secure with their advisor however this is not the case. Mr. Grootboom owes me money because of the delay he caused in changing my premiums, I have been waiting for that money for almost a year! Absa do you do follow-ups with your financial advisors? If so, Mr. Grootboom should not be allowed to be a financial advisor. This gives a bad name to your company as he should represent you in a professional manner.
