Absa’s unfair finance charge on credit cards!

I would like to know why Absa charges a finance fee on credit cards when we are already paying interest. Why is the bank charging on top of what i am already paying monthly. It is as if the bank is spending on my behalf to make sure i drown in debt. This is pure exploitation and ****************.....NOT FAIR. Every month that charge takes me backwards when i am trying to clear my credit card debt!
