ABSA's *****ulent Rewards Program

I recently write a review on the so-called ABSA rewards program. My complaint C-***2 was closed by them without even contacting me or resolving anything. I am convinced that this so-called Rewards program is a complete and utter sham. I am on Tier 1, even though I have three different ABSA accounts. We are told that we can earn money back, they don't say its only at a very small number of partners, but a lady at the Hayfields branch has emphatically told me that no, it is ABSOLUTELY anywhere you purchase using your credit card. I purchased fuel at a SASOL garage, one of their few partners, twice, and at PnP and have not received ANY rewards whatsoever. Now I am told "According to your spending for the month you did not qualify for more rewards earnings". NOWHERE can I find information that in order to receive rewards you have to meet a spend threshold. ABSA's response was GROSSLY disrespectful to a loyal customer.
