Absa's total incompetence costed us R30000

People I have serious warning using absa for your will. We had our Aunts will done with absa they subsequently did not lodge it with the master and then lost the only original will we had.We now need to take the copy and go to court to have the will certified as an original (If it is even certified as an original). We have been told that its no longer there problem and we will need to pay to have the original certified.... If you cant even take a piece of paper and send it to the master then why bother offering the service thanks ...for the hassle and risk plus a 30k bill for your incompetence.
