ABSA's software systems unable to create a new attorneys trust account number

ABSA is unable to open a trust account for my attorney's practice. For the last two weeks (since 18 Oct 2021) ABSA has been unable to open a trust account. The business account was opened quickly but the ABSA business consultant is battling with the ABSA internal software systems to get the trust account opened. He has informed me that despite his best efforts and having had contact with ABSA's technical department their system is unable to generate an account number for the trust account. The ABSA consultant has informed me that there is nothing he can do because the system is simply REFUSING TO GENERATE AN ACCOUNT NUMBER.

I require this trust account to be opened in order to do business (as an attorney) so if it does not get resolved this week I will be forced to open the account at another bank...
