ABSA’s service is pathetic!!!

I regret the day that I decided to do business with ABSA. Again there banking App doesn’t work today! Most expensive bank but service nonexistent. Try phone costumer care then you need to first listen to all their marketing nonsense, after that you are directed to Abbie and if you want to speak to a consultant you hang on for ever. What a frustration to bank with ABSA!!!
