Absas ridiculous collection department.

Absas collection department are literally the worst! I had a credit card that has been settled last year already and they just keep trying to collect the funds, Ive sent multiple emails and Paid up letters to different departments and third parties but they still continued and updated my ITC report! I am very very disappointed in their service, its been weeks now and they still havent responded to my queries.
