Absa's poor service is obstructing the legal system

I have been an Absa client for over two decades and its current customer service levels are appalling. I have been trying for three weeks to get a very simple letter that is required for court, and Absa is consistently giving me the runaround and the only responses I've received have been generic copy/paste nonsense that does not even relate to the matter at all. I have literally provided them with all the info needed and the exact contents of the letter required (multiple times, I might add), and yet this minuscule task that would take them less than 10 minutes to complete has been dragging on for almost a month without resolution. The court date is within a matter of days now and if this letter is not received in time, it will result in additional costs to me and the state. Does Absa think it is above the South African justice system? I have escalated this to every single department at Absa, sent the details to every email address obtainable (and some that aren't even made public), and yet no one is doing anything at all. As an Absa client, I have a right to this particular letter and I also have the right to receive the service that I'm paying for in monthly fees. Can someone COMPETENT please attend to this matter before I have to report Absa for obstructing the legal system.
