Absa's Incompetence and Runaround Tactics - Appalling Customer Service!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from Absa regarding my policy and debit order reversal issue. After contacting Absa insurance and speaking with a representative named Neo, I was informed that they could not process my reversal and that I should contact the bank. Following this, the bank informed me that they could not process the reversal and that I should contact Absa insurance. This back-and-forth has been a complete waste of my time and energy.

What's even worse, another representative, after taking my ID number, told me that I do not even have a policy with Absa!. I am deliberately being misled and my money is being unfairly withheld. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have been met with nothing but empty promises and poor service.
